In terms of accelerating the construction of an inclusive childcare service system, establish a “1+N” childcare service system with integrated childcare service centers as hubs and networks of childcare institutions, community-embedded childcare, kindergarten daycare, employer hosting, and family childcare points to enhance inclusive childcare services. In terms of vigorously developing integrated childcare services, we will summarize local experiences and practices, coordinate resources for childcare services for children aged 0-6, improve support and guarantee measures, support kindergartens that are in a position to do so to set up daycare classes, and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of preschool education and childcare services. In terms of effectively improving the quality of childcare services, promote medical institutions to support the development of childcare services, guide all regions to promote standardized and specialized development of childcare services through measures such as facility and equipment renovation, quality assessment, personnel training, and safety inspections of childcare service institutions, and maintain the bottom line of safety and health.
