According to the Zhitong Finance App, Forsyth Technology (301529.SZ) disclosed the 2025 employee stock ownership plan (draft). The total number of participants in the employee stock ownership plan when it was initially established was no more than 12, and the total amount of capital to be raised in the employee stock ownership plan was no more than 9.184 million yuan. Using “shares” as the subscription unit, each share was 1 yuan, and the maximum number of shares in the employee shareholding plan was 9.184 million shares. The final total amount of capital raised is based on the actual total amount of capital raised. The number of underlying shares involved in the employee stock ownership plan did not exceed 560,000 shares, accounting for about 0.66% of the company's total share capital on the date the employee stock ownership plan was announced.
