ReShape Lifesciences Prices $2.6M Public Offering Of 1,054,604 Shares At $2.50 Per Share

ReShape Lifesciences®("ReShape" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:RSLS), the premier physician-led weight loss and metabolic health solutions company, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 1,054,604 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share. Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $2.6 million before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about June 9, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
