On June 9, Jianye Real Estate announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that in May, the Group obtained property contract sales of RMB 690 million, a year-on-year decrease of 27.8%; contracted sales area of 98,531 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 31.0%; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,983, an increase of 4.6% over the previous year.
