China Overseas Development (00688): The sales amount of contracted property in April was about 20.064 billion yuan, down 7.5% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Overseas Development (00688) announced that in April 2025, the contract property sales amount of China's overseas affiliated companies was about RMB 20.064 billion, down 7.5% from year to year; the corresponding sales area was about 735,900 square meters, down 21.2% from year to year.

From January to April 2025, the cumulative contract property sales amount of China's overseas affiliated companies was about RMB 66.583 billion; the corresponding cumulative sales area was about 2,928,900 square meters, down 18.8% and 0.9% from year to year, respectively.

Furthermore, as of April 30, 2025, China's overseas affiliates recorded sales of approximately RMB 7.956 billion in subscribed businesses, which are expected to be converted into contract property sales within the next few months.
