The conference mainly focused on implementing the 30-day unconditional cease-fire initiative supported by Ukraine during the March Jeddah meeting under the US proposal. US representatives participating in the talks include US Special Envoy Witkov for the Middle East and Keith Kellogg, the US government's special envoy for Ukraine and Russia. In addition, French President Foreign Affairs Adviser Bonner, British Prime Minister's National Security Adviser Powell, and German Chancellor Advisor Sartre also attended the talks. Attendees from the Ukrainian side included Minister of Defense Umerov, Foreign Minister Serbiga, Deputy Director of the President's Office Zhovkva, and advisors to the Chief of Staff Zarivna and Bevz.
