Asmack Chief Financial Officer Dai Houjie said that the potential impact of tariffs can be broadly divided into: imposing tariffs on complete machine systems shipped to the US; imposing tariffs on parts and tools used during field operations in the US; having manufacturing processes in the US, materials imported into the US and being manufactured in the US will also be subject to tariffs; and other countries will also impose tariffs on goods shipped from the US. Dai Houjie said that the goal is to keep the impact of tariffs on performance to the minimum possible.
