Shanghai's Xuhui District today released six major artificial intelligence governance scenarios, covering the three major fields of urban infrastructure, safety management, and industrial services, integrating AI models, blockchain, digital twins and other technologies, and launching five major racetrack plans to recruit quantum urban governance solutions from around the world. The Xuhui District Government also signed strategic agreements with 10 companies, including Tencent Cloud Digital Technology, Shangjia Information Technology, Zero Digital Technology, and Voku Cloud Digital Technology, focusing on in-depth cooperation in the fields of digital twins, blockchain, and big models. The first batch of contracted companies covered a full chain of industries such as AI technology research and development, computing power support, and blockchain, and is expected to drive investment of more than 2 billion yuan in related industries.
