Shareholders of Gudou Holdings (08308) deposited their shares into the Bank of Communications trust deposit with a market value of HK$346.06 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, shareholders of Gudou Holdings (08308) deposited their shares into the Bank of Communications Trust on April 15, with a market value of HK$346.06 million, accounting for 22.96%.

On March 7, Gudou Holdings issued an announcement stating that all the prerequisites contained in the subscription agreement have been met and completed on March 7, 2025. A total of 100 million shares, accounting for 8.73% of the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement; and approximately 8.07% of the Company's issued share capital expanded by issuing and allocating subscribed shares, have been successfully issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.12 per share.
