HBRE Taps Erland to Renovate Cafe at Wakefield Office Property

Erland Construction has been chosen by Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) to renovate the cafe at 601 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield, MA. This is Erland’s first time partnering with HBRE and, in collaboration with Margulies Perruzzi Architects, the company will reimagine the cafe and dining area to create a more modern and inviting environment.

The renovation includes new finishes, millwork, lighting, acoustical ceiling tiles and sprinkler heads and substantial modifications to the building’s existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with adding a patio just outside the cafe. Throughout the project, Erland will work closely with HBRE to ensure building operations remain uninterrupted.
