According to the Zhitong Finance App, OCT A (000069.SZ) announced that in March 2025, the company achieved a contract sales area of 117,000 square meters, an increase of 17% over the previous year and 47% from February; the contract sales amount was 1.92 billion yuan, an increase of 17% over the previous year, and an increase of 61% over February.

In January-March, the company achieved a total contract sales area of 279,000 square meters, an increase of 9% over the previous year; the contract sales amount was 4.36 billion yuan, a decrease of 1% over the previous year.
