The Zhitong Finance App learned that recently, the People's Bank of China, together with the General Administration of Financial Supervision, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, jointly issued the “Five Major Financial Articles” Overall Statistics System (Trial). The main contents of the “System” include: achieving full coverage of statistical targets and businesses; providing systematic and comprehensive information support for the “Five Major Articles” of finance; unifying and collaborating on key statistical indicators and standards and caliber of the “Five Major Articles” in finance; and establishing a coordinated, collaborative working mechanism with division of labor and collaboration to form joint efforts. In the next step, the central bank will work with relevant departments to fully promote the implementation of the “System” and consolidate the data foundation for the financial system to do a good job in the “Five Big Articles” of finance.
