If the US International Trade Commission determines that the import of the products involved in the case poses substantial damage or threat of material damage to the US domestic industry, the US Department of Commerce will continue to investigate the case and expect to issue a preliminary countervailing ruling on June 13, 2025, and a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on August 27, 2025. According to US statistics, the amount of investigated products imported by the US from China in 2024 is about 150 million US dollars.
