It spans the east, central and western regions of China, with rich types of rivers and lakes, all with their own characteristics. The watershed will be used as a unit to coordinate the protection of water disasters, water resources, aquatic ecology, water environment, water culture and shoreline, comprehensively promote the construction of happy rivers and lakes, and promote comprehensive upgrading of the river and lake landscape.
