The two sides will jointly build a nationwide power exchange ecosystem; they also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with NIO to jointly build the world's largest and most technologically advanced passenger car power exchange service network. Furthermore, the company established a joint venture with Didi to jointly expand the electricity exchange market. On the OEMs side, more electric models will be released one after another this year.
