All regions should strictly implement the system of inspection of building materials before use, step up supervision and inspection efforts, push inspection agencies to take samples at construction sites, ensure randomness and representation of samples, and strictly prohibit false sampling and sample delivery. Guide construction units to appropriately increase the sampling ratio of key materials such as doors and windows, floor drains, and waterproof membranes. If there are any non-conformities, the scope of sampling should be further expanded. Exterior windows focus on testing the diagonal size, main profile wall thickness, glass thickness, air tightness, water tightness, wind pressure resistance, etc.; floor drains focus on testing materials, water sealing depth, sealing structure, etc., and the construction site must be cleared according to regulations.
