According to Zhitong Finance App News, Beizi Technology (603082.SH) disclosed plans to issue shares and pay cash to purchase assets and raise supporting capital. The company plans to purchase 100% of Suke Smart's shares from 5 counterparties, Weng Zhongjie, Liu Qingguo, Feng Wei, Suzhou Dou Sui Logistics Technology Partnership (limited partnership), and Suzhou Dousui Logistics Technology Partnership (limited partnership), and plans to raise supporting capital by issuing shares to no more than 35 specific investors.
