The survey, conducted in the third quarter of 2024, provides insight into compensation trends, base salaries, incentive structures, and benefits for corporate real estate professionals. This year's survey received responses from 107 End User members, representing 99 organizations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Among the key findings:

  • Future Expectations: Seventy-nine percent (79%) of participants anticipate receiving a salary increase in the coming year.
  • Annual Incentives: Fifty-one percent (51%) of participants received an increase in their annual incentive (cash bonus) award payout in 2023 compared to 2022, with a median increase of 15%. While 21% of participants reported a decrease, the median decline was 18%.

"As corporate real estate continues to play a vital role in business strategy and workplace evolution, the value of these professionals is reflected in continued compensation growth," said Scott Wiley, CAE, CEO of CoreNet Global. "The results of this year's survey reinforce the critical nature of this industry and the increasing importance of corporate real estate leaders in shaping the future of work."
