According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lansi Technology (300433.SZ) issued an announcement. In order to further promote the global strategic layout, enhance the international brand image, and enhance overall competitiveness, after thorough research and verification, the company plans to issue foreign-funded shares (H shares) listed overseas and apply for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will take full account of existing shareholders' interests and domestic and foreign capital market conditions, and take the opportunity to complete the issuance and listing within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution (that is, 24 months from the date of review and approval by the company's shareholders' meeting or other period agreed to be extended).
