NAIOP SoCal announced its 2025 Executive Committee and Board of Directors, led by President Mark Mattis, Avison Young. The NAIOP SoCal 2025 Executive Committee also includes President-Elect Stephane Wandel, The Orden Company; VP Brooke Birtcher Gustafson, Birtcher Development LLC; Treasurer Brian Baker, JPMorgan; Secretary Greg Brown, JLL; Programs and Education Liaison Fran Inman, Majestic Realty Co.; and Past President Eric Paulsen, Kidder Mathews.

“In my almost four decades of working in the commercial real estate industry, I have never experienced such dramatic differences across every sector,” said Mattis. “The industrial market is under siege by newly enacted and proposed legislation. The office market improved significantly during 2024, bringing people back to the workplace, but this sector remains complicated for both employers and employees. Retail is thriving on a medium/large box scale, but smaller businesses are struggling. And life science, medical office, and hospitality sectors all share various challenges as we head into 2025,

“That’s why there has never been a better time to leverage NAIOP as a critical resource for navigating these historic changes,” he continued. “NAIOP SoCal offers high-level networking, real estate education, enhanced development for our younger colleagues and a legislative committee that is proactive in protecting the interests of our industry and supporting continued economic growth for Southern California.”

In addition to the Executive Committee, NAIOP SoCal installed its 2025 Board of Directors. They include: Bob Andrews, CenterPoint Properties; TJ Bard, Surf Management; Andy Bratt, Gantry; Michael Chukwueke, BentallGreenOak; Erin Crum, Alere Property Management; Nick DiPaolo, Newmark; Amanda Donson, Allen Matkins; Chris Drzyzga, Voit Real Estate Services; Parker Hutchison, Prologis; Bassam Jurdi, Washington Capital; Arnold Lebrilla, Bank of America; Emily Mandrup, ECM Management; Thomas McAndrews, Tiarna Real Estate Services; Parke Miller, Lincoln Property Company; Scott Morehouse, Sheppard Mullin; David Nazaryk, Trammell Crow Company; Bob O’Neill, CapRock Partners; Lindsey Ensign Olson, Bixby Capital Management; Michael Page, Irvine Company; Jodie Poirier, Colliers International; Rob Quarton, Walker & Dunlop; Alison Ramsey, JP Morgan Chase; Lisa Reddy, Prologis; David Salisbury, U.S. Bank; Patrick Schlehuber, Rexford Industrial; Kurt Strasmann, CBRE; Richard Sung, Newmark; Jay Todisco, Ware Malcomb; David Wensley, Cox, Castle & Nicholson; and Courtney Wing, Newcastle Partners.
