Denver Market Hall Acquired for $25.5M

CentrePoint Properties purchased the Edgewater Public Market, at 5505 W. 20th Ave., for $25.5 million. The 76,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center is located west of Sloans Lake in Edgewater. LCP Management was the seller.

LCP Development, a sister company of LCP Management, opened the market in November 2019 in a former King Soopers building. The market now houses 16 food and beverage businesses, a brewery, a cocktail bar and 17 retail and experience-based businesses.

The property also includes three other buildings that house Shake Shack, Syrup, Veterinary Emergency Group, Adelita’s Cocina y Cantina and four fitness businesses.

It hosts a variety of events, including a Monday Night Movie series from July to October, live music, special events around most holidays and bimonthly pop-up markets.
