At the temporary settlement site in the town where the mayor of Dingri County is located in Shigatse, many workers at the scene are urgently setting up disaster relief tents. According to the Tibet Autonomous Region Meteorological Department, the lowest temperature at the site may reach -18℃ on the evening of the 7th, and the rescue faces many challenges and tests. As of 5:20 p.m. on the 7th, electricity supply had been restored in the county town of Dingri County in Tibet as well as several townships. Rescuers explained that more than 30 disaster relief tents have already been set up at the scene, and more insulation materials will be delivered to the settlement.
