Beijing Capital Finance International (01468) issued a net share offering of approximately HK$413 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Beijing Finance International (01468) announced that the stock offering became unconditional on December 31, 2024 (Tuesday). At 4:00 p.m. on December 30, 2024 (Monday) (the final acceptance period), it has received a total of 2 valid admissions and applications involving 544,294,055 shares, which is equivalent to about 99.1% of the 549,357,340 shares offered under the share offering. As a result, 5,063,285 shares of the offering were not subscribed, which is equivalent to about 0.9% of the total 549,357,340 shares available for subscription under the offering. The net proceeds from the stock offering were approximately HK$413 million.
