Easy Life Holdings (00223): Lam Chuan-chi appointed as Chairman of the Independent Investigation Committee

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Easy Life Holdings (00223) issued an announcement. As disclosed in the company's previous announcement, Ms. Chen Xinqiong was reassigned as an executive director on December 24, 2024; Mr. Zhou Zhaohe, Mr. Cao Jiarong, Ms. Chen Leyan and Mr. Ma Jianling were appointed as independent non-executive directors with effect from December 24, 2024.

Following her transfer, Ms. Chen Xinqiong ceased to be a member of the Independent Investigation Committee; following their appointment as independent non-executive directors, Mr. Zhou Zhaohe, Mr. Cho Ka-wing, Ms. Chan Lok Yin, and Mr. Ma Jianling were all appointed as members of the Independent Investigation Committee.

Mr. Lin Quanzhi, an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Company Audit Committee, was appointed as the Chairman of the Independent Investigation Committee.

Furthermore, on January 8, 2025, the Independent Investigation Commission appointed Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as an independent forensic accountant to conduct an independent investigation into the events that led to the delay in issuing the 2024 interim results and the publication of the 2024 interim report.
