Tianci Materials (002709.SZ): Dezhou Tianci signs contract processing agreement with Duksan Electera for lithium-ion battery electrolyte products

Zhitong Finance App News, Tianci Materials (002709.SZ) announced that Dezhou Tianci, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a “Contract Processing Agreement” with Duksan Electera America, Inc. (“Duksan Electera” for short). The agreement stipulates that Duksan Electera will process and produce lithium-ion battery electrolyte products for Texas Tianci.

During the term of the agreement, Dezhou Tianci commissioned Duksan Electera to process and produce lithium-ion battery electrolyte products at the processing unit price agreed upon by the two parties. The total amount of commissioned processing from 2025 to 2027 is expected to be no less than 10,000 tons. The client will issue orders to commission the production of electrolyte products on a monthly basis, and the client shall strictly follow the product specifications. Duration of the agreement: From the date the agreement is signed and ends on November 16, 2029. Thereafter, the agreement will be automatically extended for one year, unless either party terminates the agreement 6 months in writing before the end of the initial period or subsequent validity period.
