After the Company made an inquiry, the board of directors was unaware of any reason for the unusual fluctuations in stock price and trading volume. The Board of Directors hereby informs the Company's shareholders and interested investors that the Group has entered into a framework agreement with interested partners to cooperate in the development of smart glasses and optical accessories related to virtual reality. Consultations on the implementation of these framework agreements are currently in the preliminary stages, and a formal agreement may not necessarily be reached.
