According to the Zhitong Finance App, Greentown China (03900) announced that in December 2024, Greentown Group's self-funded project sold 4,332 units, with a sales area of about 690,000 square meters. The monthly sales amount was about RMB 21.7 billion, and the average sales price was approximately RMB 31,504 per square meter. From January to December 2024, Greentown Group obtained a contract sales area of about 5.91 million square meters, with a contract sales amount of approximately RMB 171.8 billion; of this, the equity amount attributable to Greentown Group was approximately RMB 120.6 billion. As of December 31, 2024, the total amount of subscription agreements and untransferred sales contracts was approximately RMB 2.1 billion, of which the equity amount attributable to Greentown Group was approximately RMB 1.5 billion.
