The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued opinions on deepening the reform and development of old-age services. Opinions were put forward to vigorously develop pension finance. Through funding channels such as local government special bonds, we support the construction of eligible pension service infrastructure and actively meet the credit and financing needs of pension service institutions. Strengthen the loan guarantee support of government financing guarantee and re-guarantee agencies for small and micro enterprises providing old-age services. Support eligible pension projects to issue real estate investment trusts in the infrastructure sector. Expand the pension service trust business and promote commercial health insurance products including long-term care liability and health management.
