According to Zhitong Finance App News, Anada (002136.SZ) announced that according to the production and operation development needs of the company's holding subsidiary Tongling Nayuan Materials Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, the subsidiary plans to use existing plants and sites to upgrade iron phosphate sewage treatment equipment, add conditioning tanks, purchase membrane systems and MVR evaporation systems, and have a sewage treatment capacity of 100,000 tons/year battery-grade iron phosphate production. The total investment plan for the project is RMB 150 million.

The project uses the company's existing plant and site to upgrade the iron phosphate sewage treatment device, add a conditioning tank, purchase a membrane system and an MVR evaporation system, and carry out advanced treatment of the sewage generated by the existing 100,000 tons/year iron phosphate plant. The main treatment volume is 120 m3/h filtrate and 330 m3/h washing liquid. Sulfate is separated through membrane concentration, and the filtrate is then evaporated by MVR, which will produce about 450 m3/h of desalinated water and 13 t/h of sulfate. The company's current iron phosphate sewage treatment technology upgrade project is mainly aimed at reducing production costs and improving the level of environmentally friendly treatment of sewage generated during production, achieving the goal of “zero discharge” of sewage from iron phosphate production, and enhancing the company's sustainable development capacity.
