Xingtong Co., Ltd. announced that the company signed a “Joint Venture Contract” with C&D Supply Chain Logistics Technology to jointly establish Shanghai Xingtong Chainfa Shipping Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 256 million, of which Xingtong shares invested 131 million yuan in cash and held 51% of the shares; C&D Supply Chain Logistics Technology invested 125 million yuan in cash and held 49% of the shares. The joint venture has obtained a “business license” issued by the Shanghai Hongkou District Market Supervision Administration.
