Specifically, among the top 50 cities for residential sales in 2024, Chongqing ranked first with 12,467 wall auctions, with 5,827 units sold; Zhengzhou ranked second with 10,649 wall auctions sold, with 2,278 units sold; and Chengdu ranked third with 8,926 wall auctions, with 4,793 units sold. According to the “Report”, in 2024, a total of 768,000 units were sold in the country, with 176,000 units sold, with a total turnover of 33.8 billion yuan, a decrease of about 6.7% compared to 2023.
