Lincoln Property Co. is taking over a truck terminal and plans to convert the site into a 312,150-square-foot industrial park near the Southwestern Medical District. The 17-acre truck terminal facility is near the airport on Empire Central Drive

The Dallas Business Journal reports the project, to be called Brookhollow Business Center, is expected to be completed by October 2025. The Brookhollow infill development will have two buildings. One will be a cross-dock facility of nearly 207,000 square feet with 36 feet of clearance height, 42 dock doors and 226 parking spaces. The other will be a rear-load facility spanning just over 105,000 square feet with 32 feet of clearance height, 27 dock doors and 184 parking spaces.

Michael Peinado, along with Lincoln’s Tom Kuhlmann and Gil Stroube, are leading leasing efforts for the new business park.

Public documents reveal the estimated project cost for both buildings to be around $23.5 million. The design firm for the project is Richardson-based Alliance Architects Inc.
