(“Qingyun Intelligent Computing”) signed a “GPU Computing Power Service Agreement” with the customer. The total contract fee is RMB 170 million (tax included), and the service period is 48 months. The main transaction content is that Qingyun Intelligent Computing provides customers with a certain amount of GPU computing power services and storage. Later, Qingyun Intelligent Computing signed a “Supplementary Agreement” with the customer, increasing a certain amount of storage and bandwidth, and increasing the total contract fee to RMB 175 million (tax included).

According to reports, after the original contract was signed, the two sides actively communicated on cooperation and made efforts to advance related cooperation matters. Qingyun Intelligent Computing has delivered GPU computing power services, storage and bandwidth to the customer in accordance with the agreement, and the customer has already paid RMB 305.956 million to Qingyun Intelligent Computing. Qingyun Smart Computing recently received an early termination notice from the customer. The customer wishes to use August 31, 2024 as the cancellation date to terminate the original contract early. The original contract is expected to be terminated. If a termination agreement is signed later, it is expected to have a certain impact on the company's operating performance.
