It plans to sell three general commercial housing and commercial land through an agreement. The intended land-user is Shanghai Yongye Urban Renewal, Construction and Development Co., Ltd. If the publicity period expires and there is no violation of laws and regulations, a “State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Concession Contract” will be signed with the intended land user. The shareholder of Shanghai Yongye Urban Renewal Construction and Development Co., Ltd. is Shanghai Yongye Co., Ltd. The latter is a company wholly owned by the Shanghai Huangpu District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Yongye Group's main business is real estate management, development projects, etc. According to the sale documents, the three parcels of land are cooperative projects between the old government reform enterprises. The total sale price is 19.442.71 billion yuan, the land area is 52,500 square meters, and the planned construction area is 194,400 square meters.
