Kuaishou-W (01024) spent HK$37.1916 million to buy back 800,000 shares on November 26

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kuaishou-W (01024) announced that on November 26, 2024, the company spent HK$37.1916 million to repurchase 800,000 shares, with a repurchase price of HK$46.2-46.8 per share.

On the same day, 11,900 shares were issued to exercise options under the pre-initial public offering employee share ownership plan (adopted on February 6, 2018).
