Houpu Co., Ltd. announced that the company will use its own capital of 33.376 million yuan to acquire 17.35% of the minority shareholders' shares of its holding subsidiary Sichuan Jiayirui Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd., while also receiving performance compensation of 0.6423% of the shares from the transferor. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 69% of Carlyle's shares and relinquish the preferential purchase rights of 31% of Jia Yeerui's shares.
