Northern Mining (00433) appoints Su Ya Wenshun Certified Public Accountants as auditors

According to the Zhitong Finance App, North Mining (00433) issued an announcement that Kaiyuan Sindh Certified Public Accountants Limited has resigned as an auditor of the company after considering various factors including its current available internal resources, with effect from November 26, 2024.

After referring to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors resolved to appoint Suya Wenshun Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's auditor with effect from November 26, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Kaiyuan Sindh's resignation. Su Ya Wenshun's term of office will last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
