The Keynote speakers will present on Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12 to kick off each day of Briefings at the ExCeL London.

- Frédérick Douzet is a professor of geopolitics at the University of Paris 8, director of the French Institute of Geopolitics research team (IFG Lab), and director of the Center Geopolitics of the Datasphere (GEODE). Douzet will present her talk on Wednesday, December 11 at 9:00 AM.
- Éric Freyssinet is a brigadier general in the French Gendarmerie Nationale and senior advisor on cybercrime and cybersecurity for the French Ministry of Interior's Cyberspace Command. After his initial scientific training, Freyssinet joined law enforcement in 1995 and has been working in the cybercrime field since 1998, first at the head of a national digital forensics lab, and later in operational and strategic positions, developing and training the structures fighting cybercrime in the Gendarmerie. Freyssinet will present his talk, “Fighting Cybercrime in 2024,” on Thursday, December 12 at 9:00 AM.
