Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources issued a notice on the “Shenzhen 2024 Land Preparation Plan”. According to the “Shenzhen 2024 Land Preparation Plan”, in 2024, the entire city of Shenzhen will hand over no less than 650 hectares of land for storage through land preparation, including no less than 300 hectares of industrial land, no less than 200 hectares of land for public services and urban infrastructure, and no less than 150 hectares of potential residential land. No less than 200 hectares of industrial land were prepared and handed over to storage in the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone.
