The operation results are good. All parameters meet customer requirements, and mass production of carrier board lines will be officially launched in the near future. According to information, the PCB manufacturer mainly provides high-end HDI, multi-layer boards, carrier boards and other products for smart cars, 3C electronics such as high-end notebooks, mobile phones, game consoles, and large servers. Mingyi Electronics currently has 12 VCP production lines for this customer, which are compatible with processes such as hole filling and graphic electroplating, and mainly produces high-end HDI and multi-layer PCB boards for automobiles and notebooks.
