This weekend, the Shanghai Housing Association will organize the “Easy to See, Easy to Buy” campaign. A total of 27 real estate development companies, 78 properties, and more than 20,000 units will participate. It is expected that similar events will be held every weekend from October to December this year. Currently participating housing enterprises include major housing enterprises in Shanghai, including state-owned enterprises such as China Railway Construction, China Merchants, China Resources, and Poly; local state-owned enterprises such as Guangming, Shangshicheng Kai, China, and Central; and private enterprises such as Dahua, Greentown, and Baoye. The projects are mainly distributed in five new cities, north-south transition zones, and 14 jurisdictions including Pudong, Minhang, and Jing'an. Most of these projects are main properties suited to immediate and improved needs. Relevant real estate service agencies also actively participated in the event.
