(hereinafter referred to as the Company) received the “Reply on Matters Relating to China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.'s Participation in Swap Facilitation” (Agency Letter [2024] No. 1880, hereinafter referred to as the “Reply”) from the Securities Fund Agency Supervision Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The details are as follows:

“1. We have no objection to your company's participation in the SFISF (SFISF). Your company should reasonably determine the application amount in accordance with the “Notice on Accomplishing the Work Related to Facilitating Exchange of Securities, Funds, and Insurance Companies” and other business arrangements, taking into account its own development strategy and risk tolerance, and implement it with the approval of the People's Bank of China.

2. Your company's participation in swap facilitation shall strictly abide by the relevant regulations and requirements of the People's Bank of China and I, carry out transactions related to swap facilitation at designated trading venues within the approved quota, and must not use swap facilitation tools to commit illegal acts.

3. Your company shall report to our company and the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau on a monthly basis on the use of exchange facilitation funds. In the process of participating in the exchange facilitation process, if major situations or issues are encountered, they should be promptly reported to the People's Bank of China and I.”

The company is actively promoting follow-up work related to the Application for Interchange Facilitated Exchange (SFISF) business, and will promptly fulfill its information disclosure obligations in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
