  • Newmark has hired industry veteran Meredith Cullen as a Senior Managing Director within the firm’s Land Services group. Based in Houston, Cullen will focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and retail land developments and master-planned communities, expanding the firm’s land services capabilities in the region. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Cullen has completed over 200 transactions with a total value exceeding $2 billion.
  • Lee & Associates – Houston added Brandi Dees as Senior Director, specializing in retail and land transactions for corporate national clients. For more than 20 years, Dees has focused on corporate acquisitions and dispositions, tenant representation and land transactions by managing the entire real estate process. Notable national tenants include Five Guys Burgers, Jack in the Box, Comcast/Xfinity and Seattle’s Best Coffee in the greater Houston and surrounding areas.
  • Lion Real Estate Group, a Dallas-headquartered real estate focused on acquiring value-added and opportunistic multifamily properties, has added Deanna Wigley as Vice President of Operations Support. Ms. Wigley brings over 30 years of multifamily operational, supportive services, and analytical experience to Lion’s management team.
  • Dallas-based Merriman Anderson Architects (MAA) introduced Quincy Haynes as Director of Business Development. Haynes brings a proven track record from her previous role in advertising sales, where she consistently surpassed sales targets and developed strong client relationships. In her new role, Haynes will be instrumental in expanding MAA’s industry presence, cultivating both existing and new client relationships, and actively contributing to strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Stream Realty Partners announced the addition of tenant representation brokers Jeff Ellerman and John Ellerman to its Dallas/Fort Worth office. Jeff will serve as Executive Vice Chairman, and John will take on the role of Executive Vice President.  With decades of long-standing success, including some of the biggest deals in the DFW metroplex, Jeff and John join Stream’s growing tenant advisory services team.
