  • $0 routine vision and hearing exams

2. Generous Dental Allowance: Members can use an allowance at any dentist in the United States, with no network or service restrictions. Funds are loaded onto a prepaid flex card, along with other dollar allowances offered on their plan of choice.

  • Up to $3,500 in Arizona
  • Up to $3,000 in Massachusetts

3. Monthly Medicare Part B Premium Savings: Members may choose to enroll in one of eternalHealth's Give Back plans that reduces the amount they pay towards their monthly Part B premium.

7. Veteran-Focused Coverage: In Arizona, eternalHealth offers the Valor Give Back plan, specifically designed for veterans with TRICARE For Life (TFL) benefits:

  • Substantial Part B premium reduction to ease financial burden
  • Essentials allowance* of $1,200 annually for utilities, groceries, and automobile gas, supporting retirement budget management
