(the "Company"), a clinical-stage biotechnology company specializing in cutting-edge immunotherapies and central nervous system ("CNS") disorder treatments, today announced the commencement of a fundraising round under Regulation D, Rule 506(c) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The Company is offering up to $5 million in common stock on a best-efforts basis, with a minimum investment of $50,000.
The funds raised will be used to (i) advance the Company's late-stage drug development program, including clinical trials preparations and regulatory filings, (ii) fund expenses for any potential exit opportunities, and (iii) fund general corporate purposes, including fees and expenses associated with the offering.
