Zhitong Finance App News, Dahua Intelligence (002512.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary Fujian Haitian Silk Road Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. (“Haitian Silk Road”) plans to increase registered capital, and that Hefei Hayes Satellite Technology Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Hefei Hayes Partnership”) plans to invest 1 billion yuan in Haitian Silk Road cash. Before the capital increase, the company held 83.50% of Haitian Silk Road's shares. After the capital increase was completed, the company held 58.20% of its shares. Hefei Hayes Partnership held 30.30% of its shares, and Haitian Silk Road is still the company's holding subsidiary.

According to reports, Haitian Silk Road launched the “Hayes” high-throughput broadband communication satellite project in 2019 to expand satellite internet services and build an industrial form around digital oceans and emergency communications. From 2021 to 2023, telecom operators and investors with government backgrounds will be introduced to invest in the new digital infrastructure industry in Fuzhou to promote the construction and operation of the “Star Network”. Up to now, Hayes Satellite is the only private enterprise in China that has both domestic and foreign frequency orbital resources. The multiple sets of reserved frequency orbital resources have priority status in the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

According to the announcement, Hefei Investment Capital Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. (“Hefei Investment Capital”) is the controller of the Hefei Hayes Partnership. After the penetration, the actual controller of the Hefei Hayes Partnership was the Hefei State-owned Assets Management Committee. The relinquishment of priority funding rights is mainly based on the resources of the Hefei Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission to continue to build advantages in satellite. This relinquishment of rights will not cause the company to lose control of the Haitian Silk Road, and the company will continue to deeply cultivate the satellite field.
