The announcement period of the agreement ended on September 28. The intended land user for this plot is Shanghai Ningwan Urban Renewal and Construction Co., Ltd., with a sale price of 4,0902 billion yuan. Both plots are planned as land for ordinary commercial housing, with a total sale area of 22,700 square meters, a floor area ratio of 2.5, a construction area of 56,750 square meters, and a floor price of 71,757 yuan/square meter. According to Good News, the price of new housing projects around the plot exceeds 120,000 yuan per square meter. The Jing'an Xiyue, which opened in May this year, launched a total of 307 apartments, with an average price of 125,000 yuan/square meter; Vanke Zhongxing Aoshe has an average price of 133,000 yuan/square meter; and the average price of the Yuexiu Jinganyue project is 121,000 yuan/square meter.
