For the first time, a joint crackdown operation was carried out in Yangon, Mandalay and other places, arresting 20 telecommunication network fraud criminal gang leaders and backbone, including Chen Mouwei and Yang, in one fell swoop, and organized a civil aviation charter flight to successfully escort 20 major criminal suspects handed over by Myanmar back home.
