Qingdao Municipal Party Secretary Zeng Zanrong led a delegation to the UAE to recommend energy chains to the world

Recently, in order to further deepen economic and trade cooperation between Qingdao and the UAE, Zeng Zanrong, member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Committee, led a government and business delegation to the UAE. Meanwhile, the “Qingdao-UAE Economic, Trade and Cultural Tourism Cooperation and Exchange Meeting” was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai. Dai Zhen, founder and CEO of Energy Chain, visited with executives from more than 20 well-known Qingdao enterprises, including Hisense Group, Haier Group, and Tsingtao Brewery, and had investment exchanges with UAE politicians and business people.

Project promotion process, recommending energy chains to the world

The UAE is rich in oil and gas resources, and China and Argentina will strengthen green energy cooperation and industrial exchanges in the future. During the project promotion process, as a local unicorn company in the field of energy digitalization, Qingdao recommended the energy chain to the world. In recent years, Qingdao has developed rapidly in green energy fields such as photovoltaics and hydrogen energy, and has accelerated scientific and technological innovation to lead the construction of modern industries, develop new tracks such as integrated circuits and artificial intelligence, and shape new quality productivity.

Qingdao is one of the cities with the closest cooperative ties with the UAE. It is located at the crossroads of the Belt and Road. Up to now, the energy chain has an annual transaction volume of nearly 100 billion dollars, a cumulative total of over 110 million registered users, and an annual order volume of more than 500 million. It has pre-installed refueling and charging services into the vehicles of BYD, GAC, FAW-Volkswagen, Changan, Wei Xiaoli, Great Wall, Hyundai, Geely, Jiyue, Nana, and Zhiji, forming an integrated digital service network covering the entire country.
