At around 6 a.m. on the same day, a passenger wearing a black shirt entered the country “without a declaration channel” at the Qingmao Port travel inspection site. Customs officers at the scene noticed that his appearance was unnatural and attempted to evade customs inspection, so they stopped and inspected him.
